there were some more people reporting this issue in the past, and various fixes have been made which worked for some of them.

I think best way in which i can help you is if you can provide me with some test credentials to your server, sending a message which shows this issue to your account in advance. For sending me the credentials you can use the address info@imapx.org .

In case it is not possible, you can create a log file, containing the data the server is returning. Please check the documentation to see how it can be done.
