Commented Unassigned: Certificated mail problem [2810]

Goog morning,
I'm having problems with the attachments of certified emails (PEC) they are not seen as attachments, I've got two embedded resources, an xml and an eml, but the eml file that I need to download and extract has zero size.
If you need the email to debug it I can forward it

Can you download the mail / attachement if it is not certified or does that fail too?
